"Flawlessly tasty and delicious! – The favorite of many cheese connoisseurs.
When cut, it is firm, evenly golden yellow and tends to be a little darker towards the rind. On the nose, it has a typical dry, sweet, pleasant and aromatic smell of sheep's cheese. The structure is even, dry and firm, but at the same time creamy. The cheese has a medium saltiness that quickly turns into sweetness as it melts in the mouth. It is well balanced and has a pleasant, long-lasting taste. It is compared to the Italian Pecorino Sardo and the Spanish Manchego.
Well-structured red and white wines are suitable for combining with Pramenka cheese, although the combination with red wines may be a little easier. Merlot, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, and also their cuvées could be successful. It is important that these are strong wines with high acidity that can withstand the fattiness and fullness of the cheese. Among the white wines, a good Pinot Gris from selected locations or a not too aromatic Rhine Riesling could go well. A Gewürztraminer could also deal well with the variety of aromas of this cheese.
Pramenko has received numerous national and international awards; a gold medal at the World Cheese Awards 2013 in Birmingham in the mixed cheese category, a silver medal at the same competition in 2014, a bronze medal at the Global Cheese Awards in Somerset in 2015, another bronze medal at the World Cheese Awards in San Sebastian in 2016.

From a customs perspective, you are the exporter of such a return (e.g. due to warranty repair). You are therefore responsible for registering the goods correctly. By registering the return with your local customs office BEFORE shipping to Germany, you can avoid having to pay customs duties/taxes again after the (warranty) repair has been carried out.
Customers from Switzerland can find relevant information on the website of the Federal Customs Administration EZV https://www.ezv.admin.ch/ or by telephone at the Bern Customs Directorate, telephone +41 (0)31 322 65 11, quoting the keywords "passive processing (repair)", "equivalent trade (exchange goods)". We ask customers from other third countries to contact the customs authority responsible for the country.
Please note that we do not cover import duties or other additional import costs.
VAT refund when exporting to a third country
