Yes, we also deliver with DHL to packing stations within Germany.
I may not be at home at the time of delivery. What can I do?
When a parcel is sent, the DHL deliverer will inform you by putting a notification card in your mailbox that you can pick up the shipment either at the nearest post office or from a neighbor.

If you wish to return items to German delivery addresses, we will provide you with a return label worth EUR 4.95 for the package. What happens next?

If you have already paid for the returned goods, we will immediately credit the amount back to you after we have received and inspected the goods. If you have not yet paid your invoice, you can of course reduce the invoice amount by the amount of the returned item.
