The Miješani sir (mixed cheese) Dalmatinac is a combination of sheep and cow's milk. Unlike other mixed cheese, the Pramenka, the Dalmatinac contains more cow's milk and therefore offers a slightly milder taste. This cheese is made using traditional methods that include manual cutting and turning of the cheese during the ripening process. It is then ripened in wooden barrels, which contributes to its specific taste and aroma. The Miješani sir cheese Dalmatinac from the Livno dairy has a firm texture and a characteristic yellow color with irregular holes. Its taste is strong and spicy, which makes it an ideal ingredient for various dishes. This cheese works well as an ingredient in salads or as a topping on bread and rolls. It is also a popular ingredient in traditional dishes in the Balkans and specifically in the Dalmatia region.

Returns from third countries (non-EU)

From a customs perspective, you are the exporter of such a return (e.g. due to warranty repair). You are therefore responsible for registering the goods correctly. By registering the return with your local customs office BEFORE shipping to Germany, you can avoid having to pay customs duties/taxes again after the (warranty) repair has been carried out.
Customers from Switzerland can find relevant information on the website of the Federal Customs Administration EZV https://www.ezv.admin.ch/ or by telephone at the Bern Customs Directorate, telephone +41 (0)31 322 65 11, quoting the keywords "passive processing (repair)", "equivalent trade (exchange goods)". We ask customers from other third countries to contact the customs authority responsible for the country.
Please note that we do not cover import duties or other additional import costs.
VAT refund when exporting to a third country
Do you live in Switzerland or another country that is not part of the EU and would like to export the goods you have purchased there yourself? Under certain conditions, we can refund the German VAT you have paid.
